Skateboarding classes for children and teenagers at the Skatepark Mayrhofen. It does not matter if you are a beginner or advanced, we will show you how to feel comfortable on your board and help you take your skills to the next level.

Since summer 2024, the Skate Club Mayrhofen has been offering skateboarding courses for children and teenagers. Beginners and advanced skaters learn how to improve their skills with the help of our experienced skate coaches. We can provide protective gear and helmets for children who do not have their own equipment.!
Our main goal is to have fun and give you a solid foundation for skateboarding. Head Coach Natalie Riley, who has over 20 years of experience as a snowboard instructor, is happy about every new participant in our course.
1.5 hour lessons
Price: 15€
The sessions usually take place on Saturday mornings and can be booked directly with Nati. Parents can drop their kids off at the park after signing the form of consent and paying the course fee. They are of course also welcome to watch their little ones during the course.

Course schedule: After a joint warm-up session, the children are divided into different groups according to their ability and supervised by our coaches. In some cases, we have assigned two coaches to each group to ensure that the children receive adequate attention and that the training can be held safely. Protective equipment such as knee and elbow pads and helmets are mandatory and can be provided by the club for the duration of the course if required. As the amount of equipment is limited depending on the number of participants, the children should bring their own equipment if they have it. Sports shoes with flat soles are vthe best option as they ensure a better feel for the board.
